My parents have been so grateful for the care which Jo was able to provide them and they took to her straight away. Jo proved to be a compassionate carer, she understood what was required of her and went over and above to help my parents in their day-to-day needs which were constantly changing. I also felt well supported by Jo, who was easy to talk to and I was able to discuss with her my concerns regarding my parents ongoing needs.
